Watek entered the market in February 1994 and is currently one of the most important suppliers of devices for the preparation of very pure water for both laboratory and industrial uses. An integrated ISO 9001: 2001 system of quality management granted by the TÜV company serves as proof of the great emphasis that is given to the quality of products supplied and services provided along with their perfect operation.
Watek produces devices for water treatment which are useful in three basic areas:
- devices for the preparation of pure and very pure water for use in all kinds of laboratories
- devices for the preparation of pure water (demi-water) for industrial uses with output ranging up to 50 m3 per hour
- devices for the treatment of drinking water (softening, deferrization) for individual buildings and concentrations with approximately 1,000 inhabitants.
